1 Definitions and Applicability

• Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet must be reported to support within 48 hours.

6.3 Cricket Betting

• Bets can be placed on various international cricket tournaments including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL.
• Bets must be placed within the specified time limit before the match begins.
• If a match is abandoned, cancelled, or left incomplete for unforeseen reasons, bets will be settled according to the tournament's own rules.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tkop platform:

• Playing or placing bets using any software, bot, script, or automated system.
• Attempting to defraud the platform by colluding or acting in groups with other users.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or errors.
• Using the platform for money laundering or illegal financial activities.
• Stealing or unauthorised use of another person's account details.
• Unauthorised copying or distribution of the platform's intellectual property or content.
• Threatening, harassing, or behaving inappropriately toward other users.

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, tkop reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the relevant account and forfeit all funds in that account.

8 Account Suspension or Closure

8.1 Closure by tkop

tkop may suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• A proven breach of these terms has occurred.
• Registration was completed using false or misleading information.
• The user has been identified as being below the permitted age.
• At the direction of a regulatory or legal authority.

8.2 Closure by the User
